Shipping and Delivery

  • All items are carefully packed as per the specific requirements of the item; we take the utmost care to ensure that you receive your item in good condition.
  • The shipping timelines vary across products. For Products like Sofa Cum Beds , and Certain Sofas the delivery time will range from 12-14 Days depending on the location . For Other products that are ready like Beds , Wardrobes etc .  it could take between 2-7 days from the date of shipment to the delivery of the order at your doorstep. Furniture items outside Kolkata will take within 7 day’s time. We are currently delivering to all over West Bengal / Bihar / Jharkhand / Orissa. Delivery within a radius of 50 km from Kolkata is free, however for delivery beyond that distance delivery charges will apply , please check with our customer care @ 033-40725625 for the applicable delivery charges.
  • The shipping timelines and the location from where they are shipped vary across products. We ship the items as soon as they are ready for dispatch and therefore you could receive multiple shipments for 1 order.

In case of Delay in Shipping Firstly our sincere apology if this has happened. If your product has not been shipped on time, Please contact our Customer Service team. We will take necessary steps to ensure that either you receive your item soon.

To track your order, please enter your order details in Contact us section and we will update you of the status , which may be either of the following there options:
In Transit: The consignment is on route to the destination.
Delivered: The consignment is delivered.
Returned to Origin (RTO): Delivery was attempted, however the shipment is returned back to Veneza Furniture

  • It takes between 3-7 working days from the date of shipment for the order to be delivered at your doorstep. Usually packages arrive on or shortly after the estimated delivery timeline, please allow an additional day or two for the order to be delivered.

  • Shipments are reflected as RTO (returned to origin) under the following circumstances:
    1. You were not available when the courier person reached your address
    2. The address provided was insufficient
    3. You were not contactable on the number you provided
    4. You refused to accept the delivery

In case you wish for us to ship the item again, please get in touch with our Customer Service team for a quick resolution.

  • Please see if someone else accepted delivery; check with family members, neighbors, security, the mail room, reception, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.If you are not able to track the whereabouts of the item, please contact our Customer Service team and we will assist you.
  • We at Veneza Furniture make sure that the item reaches you in good condition. In the rare situation of the product being damaged in transit, we request you contact our Customer Service team immediately and we will resolve the issue.
